Bluelight Consulting, a growing software consultancy, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage external deadlines, and coordinate with clients to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality applications.

Collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement are core to the role.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing client dependency registers with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
