Bluelight Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring milestones are met and client expectations are managed effectively.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience, strong risk and stakeholder management, and proficiency with Jira/Asana. The role offers flexible hours and remote work options within our expanding global team.

Qualificações

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
