About the Role: We are looking for Senior Project Managers to join the management team and participate in various projects involving multicultural teams distributed globally. What You’ll Do:

1. Develop project forecasts.
2. Manage projects using agile methodologies.
3. Ensure consistent application of HR policies in collaboration with HRBP.
4. Verify project viability and prepare budgets, equipment, and resources.
5. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
6. Ensure team compliance with established methodologies and processes.
7. Implement necessary process changes.
8. Monitor and control project progress.
9. Maintain customer and team satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

You Must Have:

• 4+ years of experience managing software outsourcing projects, including personnel, time and materials, and budgeting.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience in budget management.
• IT experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
