Our Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. If you are a talented and passionate technology professional seeking a dynamic hybrid role, then we are the right place for you.

Our opportunity offers a hybrid work model with flexible hours (40 hours per week) and a CLT hiring model.

What you will do:

• Conduct daily update meetings
• Conduct weekly operational meetings
• Participate in the transition process from sales to delivery/project teams
• Design action and risk mitigation plans
• Support continuous improvement processes
• Manage project revenues, costs, and income

What you need to have:

• Proven experience in project management, especially with data-related projects
• Strong technical foundation with skills in project estimations, resource planning, and cost forecasting
• Preferred experience with MES (Aveva/Parsec) or Digital Twin environments
• Familiarity with the "MAKE" function in supply chain management and its impact on manufacturing KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and resource tracking
• Experience with Jira and agile methodologies
• Ability to maintain high-quality documentation, especially in Confluence
• Leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and aligning project goals
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies
• Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
