PROJECT IMPACT

As Project Manager, you will play a key role for our business by serving as the central link between clients and internal operations team members in the delivery of client projects and supporting ongoing medical records retrieval engagements.
You will collaborate with medical records retrieval functional groups to develop, implement and maintain solutions and services that meet client requirements.
A large part of your role will be internal team meetings including all stakeholders involved in delivering the project cycle.
You will be the driver for ensuring client satisfaction is exceeded by making sure all deliverables are on time and to the highest standard.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the retrieval operations client interactions, communications, and expectations.
• Consistently meet client deliverables while facilitating open and ongoing client communications. Keep the client informed. Provide agendas and meeting notes.
• Develop and proactively maintain project plans and forecasts, ensuring that both the clients and internal stakeholders understand their responsibilities, deliverables and timing, and the impact on the project.
• Effectively manage the retrieval operations team to ensure that tasks are completed on time and that team members have the resources and tools needed to complete their work.
• Manage the client to the scope and enforce sign-offs.
• Understand the drivers of any write-offs/project delays and effectively communicate any current/future deviations from the budget projections.
• Manage ad-hoc client requests and provide documentation with data-driven results on the impacts to other project deliverables.
• Ensure client and provider invoicing process is tracked and completed on time according to policy.
• Submit weekly project health and financial status reports that are on time, complete, accurate, and formatted according to standard.
• Ensure that team members understand the project scope and its impact on retrieval operations functions.
• Manage forecasts and budgets previously agreed upon.
• Communicate project status relative to budgets/forecasts and develop estimates to complete projects on time and within budgets.
• Demonstrate effective retrieval operations project team leadership.
• Work effectively with team members of different styles, encouraging collaboration and communication to achieve project goals.

THE EXPERTISE

• 3+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in tech or healthcare industry preferred.
• Proven experience leading project teams with multifaceted, competing priorities, including virtual teams across different regions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Sense of accountability, ownership of work, commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to use data to analyze and drive results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management information systems, healthcare, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (including Excel). Salesforce experience is a plus.
