What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support program leadership in shaping the technical direction of projects and managing customer relationships
- Exhibit understanding of project business purposes and make sound decisions to drive project activities
- Oversee and manage output of subcontracting partners while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project management
- Experience managing customer support initiatives in a federal or enterprise environment
- Proven ability to develop and maintain project schedules and work plans
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with government stakeholders and project teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in coordinating multiple activities simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior government or government contracting experience
- Experience with project management software tools
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodology
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL certification
- Agile certification such as PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified Scrum Master
