- Strong communication skills and proven track record in exceeding client expectations
- High-level organization, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and a good driving history, with a willingness to travel as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
- Experience in MicroStation, Risa 3D analysis, and Bluebeam Revu
