Location: São Paulo, Brasil, hybrid (2 days/week in the office)

THE JOB

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting multiple projects including system integrations, M&A integrations, process improvements, and various strategic initiatives across the LATAM region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of international corporate experience who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in the ticketing and entertainment industry is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  1. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects across LATAM, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  2. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technology, finance, operations, and business units—to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  4. Process Improvement: Work closely with senior team members to identify process gaps and opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
  5. Resource & Budget Tracking: Help monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
  6. Risk & Issue Management: Help identify potential risks and issues early; escalate and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines and quality.
  7. Communication & Coordination: Manage day-to-day communication with internal and external partners; coordinate meetings, workshops, and events.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Experience: 5 years of experience in an international corporate environment, ideally in project coordination or project management support. Experience in the ticketing and entertainment industry is a plus.
  3. Technical Skills:
    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    2. Working knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).
    3. Basic knowledge of tech product development principles and understanding of roadmaps.
    4. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and spoken).

  4. Planning and Organizing: Efficiently manage own workload, ensuring that assignments are completed within specified timeframes.
  5. Problem Solving: Able to address problems as they arise and find suitable solutions.
  6. Result Focus and Initiative: Focused on achieving the end goal but also takes initiative to solve problems.
  7. Teamwork: Demonstrate awareness of the team's workload and challenges and can offer support when needed.
  8. Adaptability and Flexibility: Able to work across multiple time zones in a global team environment and commit to occasional travel.
