What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and manage multiple concurrent projects focused on voluntary benefits enrollment enhancements and compliance changes
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in a matrix-managed environment to ensure project success
- Oversee project communications, schedules, financial management, and risk tracking
- Ensure deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Initiate corrective actions as needed to maintain project parameters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience with industry systems and concepts, including Agile and traditional project management
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- PMI CaPM or PMP certification, with industry-standard Agile certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Selerix, EasyAppsOnline, Employee Navigator, or Plan Source
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues
