Hoymiles Power Electronics Inc., known as Hoymiles (688032.SH), is a globally leading inverter manufacturer with offices and services worldwide. The headquarters is based in Hangzhou, China, where the R&D department and manufacturing facilities are located. Hoymiles has a significant R&D team dedicated to designing and manufacturing state-of-the-art microinverters & hybrid inverters for international markets. To expand our business in Brazil and enhance our customer service and technical support, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Delivery of Utility projects in Brazil, reporting to the Head of Technical Support at HQ.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute technical exchanges with Brazilian customers, conduct client training, and develop detailed technical solutions.
2. Conduct face-to-face and online customer training sessions, create and manage local technical documentation, establish a knowledge database, and represent Hoymiles at exhibitions.
3. Analyze local legal and technical requirements and certifications, and oversee the execution of necessary certifications.
4. Monitor market environment and gather technology intelligence from competitors. Analyze competitors' products and features regularly, working closely with the HQ team for competitive analysis.
5. Support the sales team by visiting clients and project sites, assisting with system planning, and providing guidance on PV system installations and service strategies.
6. Maintain service levels and fulfill service requests from local customers, especially VIP clients.
7. Lead negotiations with local service partners, including third-party service companies.
8. Ensure timely closure of RMA processes.

Required Experience and Competencies

1. Based in Brazil, with willingness to travel nationally as required to ensure quality service.
2. Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and fluent English in a business context.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, preferably in the storage business.
4. Electrician certification is mandatory.
5. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a background in electrical or electronics engineering.
6. Self-driven mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, clear logical reporting, and the ability to propose multiple solutions.
7. International mindset suitable for a multicultural environment.
