Pump Dynamics is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Marine Works to lead consultancy and site supervision for port and marine infrastructure projects. The role requires relocation to Africa and oversight from planning through construction, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in port infrastructure, dredging and quay walls, plus strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. PMP or equivalent is an advantage.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• 15+ years of experience in port, marine or infrastructure projects
• Experience in consultancy and construction/site supervision
• Strong knowledge of port infrastructure, dredging, quay walls, terminals and marine works
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Marine Works who is willing to relocate to Africa to lead and oversee consultancy and site supervision activities for port and marine infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage project execution from planning through construction supervision, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise in port infrastructure, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and on-site supervision experience.
