Pump Dynamics is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Marine Works willing to relocate to Africa to lead consultancy and site supervision for port and marine infrastructure projects. You will manage the project from planning through construction, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of port infrastructure, dredging, quay walls and terminals, plus strong stakeholder and contractor management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in port, marine or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in consultancy and construction/site supervision.
• Knowledge of port infrastructure, dredging, quay walls, terminals.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate port and marine infrastructure projects.
• Supervise consultancy and site supervision teams during project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, HSE compliance, and contract performance.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments.
• Support procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration activities.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Marine Works who is willing to relocate to Africa to lead and oversee consultancy and site supervision activities for port and marine infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage project execution from planning through construction supervision, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise in port infrastructure, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and on-site supervision experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
