What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide overall management and oversight for assigned programs and projects, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for all supported projects
- Lead requirements collection and refinement for current and emerging technical needs, collaborating with government stakeholders
- Author and maintain risk management assessment plans for each program, addressing risk identification and mitigation
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical documentation, briefings, and reports tailored to diverse senior audiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing large-scale IT or engineering projects/programs, preferably in a government or defense context
- Proven expertise in requirements management, risk assessment, and technical communication for program/project delivery
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project or similar scheduling and project management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical material to diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DoD, federal acquisition programs, or information systems is highly desired
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and ability to operate independently with minimal direction
