Introduction

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Promote Agile best practices, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and / or Scrum Master in software development or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and ServiceNow for project tracking and workflow management.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
