Uma multinacional de tecnologia está em busca de um Gerente de Projetos Pleno para liderar projetos de infraestrutura de TI no Brasil. O profissional ideal deve ter experiência em gestão de projetos, conhecimento em Waterfall e metodologias Ágeis, e formação superior em área relacionada. A vaga oferece um ambiente de trabalho híbrido em Barueri/SP, com a possibilidade de viagens. Junte-se a uma equipe que valoriza a diversidade e a inclusão.

Qualificações

• Experiência em gestão de projetos de infraestrutura em clientes públicos ou privados.
• Conhecimento sólido em Waterfall e metodologias Ágeis.
• Inglês Intermediário.

Estamos em busca de um Gerente de Projetos Pleno que atuará na área de gerência de projetos de infraestrutura de TI para clientes a nível Brasil, nas áreas pública e privadas.

Nesta posição, você será responsável por liderar e gerenciar projetos complexos de infraestrutura, garantindo a entrega dentro do prazo, orçamento e escopo definidos.

Atuação híbrida em Barueri/SP com viagens eventuais à clientes

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

• Gerenciar o ciclo de vida completo de projetos de infraestrutura de TI, desde o planejamento inicial até a entrega final e o pós-implementação,utilizando metodologia Waterfall e também Ágil (scrum/kanban)
• Centralizar demandas junto ao cliente e acionar áreas internas para atuação conjunta
• Controlar cronogramas e elaborar documentos/relatórios relativos ao acompanhamento do projeto
• Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento com stakeholders, garantindo a comunicação eficaz e a gestão de expectativas
• Identificar e resolver impedimentos, mitigando riscos e garantindo o progresso dos projetos
• Sugerir, medir e acompanhar KPIs e SLAs
• Reportar o status dos projetos à gerência e demais partes interessadas.

O que esperamos que você possua?

• Formação superior completa em áreas relacionadas: Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de TI, Administração, Processos Gerenciais, etc.
• Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos deinfraestrutura de TI em clientes de âmbito público ou privado
• Conhecimento sólido em metodologia Waterfall e Ágil
• Conhecimento avançado em Pacote Office
• Conhecimento em Microsoft Power BI
• Inglês Intermediário

• Certificação PMP(PMI), entre outras relacionadas
• Pós graduação na área de Projetos
• Certificação ITIL
• Espanhol Intermediário
