About the Job:

The successful candidate will join the PMO (Project Management Office), assisting with initiatives, creating metrics, standards, and management models. As a Project Manager, they will handle various projects, including software development, cloud solutions, and integrations, leading and overseeing teams. Knowledge of project management methodologies and standards, such as risk management, time management, and trend analysis, is essential.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure successful delivery. Additional duties include working with Product Operations, Software Development, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve technical or business impediments, developing project plans with clear milestones, and coordinating activities across all affected areas, including end users and internal groups.

Must-have skills:

• Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong communication, leadership, proactive attitude, and knowledge of project management practices.
• Solid understanding of formal project management standards and practices.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience managing project budgets and resources to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for insights and decision-making.
• Certifications such as PMP or PSM are a plus.
