Rejoignez ITSS en tant que Chef de Projet au Brésil. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des projets Temenos Transact, en assurant la livraison dans les délais et le respect des budgets. Nous cherchons un individu passionné avec une expérience significative dans le secteur bancaire, prêt à diriger des équipes à l'échelle internationale. Ce travail est situé à Rio de Janeiro.

Qualificações

• Min. 6 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans le secteur bancaire.
• Expérience dans des projets Temenos Transact requise.
• Bilingue en portugais et anglais est obligatoire.

Responsabilidades

• Gérer des projets Temenos en respectant le budget et les délais.
• Développer et communiquer des plans de projet efficaces.
• Identifier et évaluer les risques de projet.

Role: Project Manager

Experience: 7-10 years (Relevant)

Languages: Portuguese and English (Both Mandatory)

This role is based in Luxembourg, and we are looking for a highly enthusiastic individual with a go-getter attitude.

Skillset:

• Minimum of 6 years experience working in Project Management, with experience managing Core Banking projects
• Solid Project Management experience (8+ years) within consulting firms, specifically in the private banking sector
• Proven experience leading large-scale Temenos Transact implementation projects, from assessment to post-implementation review
• Agile Certification and/or PMP
• Good knowledge of delivery methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple budgets and projects on Temenos simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills, accustomed to interacting with C-level stakeholders
• Successful experience in building and leading nearshore and offshore teams on international programs
• Bi-lingual in Vietnamese and English

Job Description:

• Strategizing, implementing, and maintaining project initiatives on Temenos Transact to ensure timely, budgeted, and quality delivery
• Defining project scope and clear business objectives, including critical success factors (completion of the Project Definition Document)
• Preparing and communicating project plans to clients, project teams, and Client Services Management
• Developing and managing project budgets, accountable for meeting business goals
• Identifying key requirements from cross-functional teams and Temenos’ teams
• Analyzing, evaluating, and mitigating project risks; producing reports for management and stakeholders
• Proposing and supporting organizational changes to improve efficiency and performance
• Assisting the Delivery Manager in identifying new opportunities
• Representing ITSS in governance forums with customers
