Responsabilidades

• Assist the producer with project kick-off and deliverables.
• Support the team in capacity planning.
• Schedule and track deliverables with Producers.
• Plan milestones, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mitigate and highlight risks early.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Assist the producer with project kick-off and act as owner of the deliverables
• Support the team in capacity planning and scope management
• Schedule and track deliverables in collaboration with the Producers
• Plan milestones, reviews, and retrospectives
• Mitigate and highlight risks early
• Coordinate schedules, identify risks, and resolve issues
• Develop and communicate project guidelines and ensure compliance

We expect you to have:

• Project management experience in the gaming industry or similar
• PMP Certification
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Monday, Asana, etc.)
• Familiarity with methodologies like Scrum, Waterfall
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Would also be nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of version control software (SVN, Github, Perforce)
• Knowledge of publishing tools (Sony Developer Portal, NDP)
• Experience with development-focused applications (game engines, art tools, coding)
• Knowledge of other software-driven methodologies (PRINCE2, TQM)
• Understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9000/9001)
