About the Job:

The successful candidate will join the PMO (Project Management Office) to assist with initiatives, develop metrics, standards, and management models. As a Project Manager, they will handle various projects, including software development, cloud, and integrations, leading and coordinating teams. Knowledge of project management methodologies and standards such as risk management, time management, and trend analysis is essential.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the organization. Your main goal will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure successful delivery. Specific duties include:

1. Working with Product Operations, Software Development, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve business or technical impediments affecting project delivery.
2. Helping teams develop and execute plans with clear milestones.
3. Interfacing with all affected areas, including end users and internal groups, to coordinate project activities.

Must-have skills:

• Proven experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, leadership, proactive attitude, and knowledge of project management and agile practices.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience managing project budgets and resources to ensure financial constraints are met.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for insights and decision-making.
• PMP or PSM certification.
