About the Job:

The successful candidate will join the Project Management Office (PMO), supporting initiatives by developing metrics, standards, and management models. As a Project Manager, they will oversee various projects such as software development, cloud solutions, and integrations, leading and coordinating teams effectively. Knowledge of project management methodologies and standards, including risk and time management, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and quality-compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to facilitate successful project execution.
• Work with Product Operations, Software Development, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve business or technical issues impacting project delivery.
• Assist teams in developing and executing plans with clear milestones.
• Coordinate activities across affected areas, including end users and internal groups.

Must Have Skills:

• Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, leadership, proactive attitude, and knowledge of project management and Agile practices.
• Strong understanding of formal project management standards.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience managing project budgets and resources.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for insights and decision-making.
• PMP and PSM certifications.
