We are looking for a proactive and analytical Project Manager based in Brazil to join our global implementation team. This person will play a key role in executing client projects, ensuring successful deployment and configuration of our SaaS solutions across healthcare providers.
As Project Manager, you will coordinate with external clients and internal teams (Product, Support, Integration, and Customer Success), handle multiple implementations, and serve as a trusted consultant in optimizing our technology for end users. You will also be responsible for identifying, escalating, and following up on technical issues to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Your main tasks will include:
Software Implementation (30%): Customize and configure the software to meet client requirements. You will need good knowledge of system integration and software configuration best practices to tailor the platform to each client's specific needs.
Testing and Validation (20%): Ensure system quality through testing and iterative improvements before go-live.
Initial Training (10%): Deliver technical workshops and onboarding sessions for users.
Post-Delivery Consulting (20%): Offer expert guidance post-implementation in collaboration with internal teams.
Project Management (15%): Track project progress, manage timelines, and lead stakeholder communications.
Client & Product Liaison (5%): Collect client feedback and align it with product development initiatives.
This role requires strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee all stages of project delivery while coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. In addition, the role involves handling system integrations with varying levels of complexity, depending on client infrastructure and third-party systems. Success will come from a combination of project leadership, technical understanding, clear communication, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
