As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for conversational AI projects.

In this role, you will:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Portfolio & Project Management to lead projects in a hybrid work model. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. Proficiency in Portuguese is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for conversational AI projects.
• Design and document functional specifications and user stories for AI-driven conversational solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of conversational AI solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve AI performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conversational AI solutions, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI technologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of conversational AI solutions.

Required Skills: Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of customer service processes and best practices.

Work model: Hybrid. We support flexible work arrangements, with this role requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP. We promote a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.
