All about the role:
We're currently looking for a Project Leader Specialist, who will work alongside the Technology Domain in the design and development of solutions for existing and new mechanical and/or electronic product components aiming to optimize cost and improve quality applied for Fabric Care products.
What you'll do:
You will be a key collaborator in ensuring Electrolux stays at the forefront of cost, innovation, working towards the successful implementation of new solutions in different sectors. If you're at home in a fast-paced, challenging environment, this is the position for you; you will have the opportunity to work with a creative, collaborative team of engineering, where we will welcome your expertise and unique point-of-view.

In detail, you will:
- Work on the project management for large projects and initiatives for Fabric Care product line.
- Organize and control project activities and requirements.
- Develop and control project schedule
- Identify the risk and opportunities for the project
- Elaborate the product structure and cost of the products inside the project
- Make a clear communication of the project requirements and status, coordinating meetings and information through the areas involved.
- Manage the project activities around all the areas involved in the project
- Manage cost and investments of the project
- Make project report and follow the Electrolux Project Management System (EPM gate) and follow the requirements and procedures.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related areas, desirable MBA;
- Experience with project management;
- Available to handle with large projects and initiatives;
- Knowledge of PMP;
- Availability to travell when necessary;
- Advanced Office skills;
- Advanced English.
- Spanish is a plus.
