You will be part of our People Core organization, which provides support to all of the other VTEX organizations with HR-related matters, guarantees peace of mind to our employees globally, and creates an efficient operation. Deeper in the scope, you will join the People Projects team, which is responsible for executing different types of projects across areas within the People Core organization, such as Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, People Data, Recruiting, and Facilities. The main goal of the team’s projects is to deliver operational efficiency and peace of mind to our employees globally.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an organized and communicative Project Jr. Analyst passionate about or experienced in the HR field. The ideal candidate should excel in collaborating with diverse teams and seniorities within the People Core team, managing and executing medium-complexity projects end-to-end for both the People team and other VTEX organizations globally.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to structure and co-own projects, create deliverables, organize documentation, and ensure all materials are consistently updated. You will also analyze quantitative and qualitative people-related data to identify problems and develop effective solutions. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to execute cross-functional processes, such as performance cycles and internal controls, while engaging with different departments to gain valuable insights into the challenges faced by a global HR team in one of the world’s leading e-commerce infrastructures. By applying critical thinking, you will contribute to improving and iterating on current processes and projects, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and impact of the People team.

WHO YOU ARE

• You must have at least one year experience in project management - if you have worked in one of the Big Four Consulting Firms is a plus;
• You must know agile project management methodologies and how to apply them on a daily basis;
• You are proficient in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets);
• You have analytical and critical thinking;
• Your communication is clear, concise, and straightforward;
• You have great attention to detail;
• You are curious and eager to learn new tools and concepts;
• You are well-organized and have great task-management skills;
• You work very well with a great level of autonomy;
• You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity;
• You are a team player and collaborate well with other people;
• You are able to communicate in advanced English.
