Job summary

Alstom is seeking a Project ICC Design Leader to provide technical leadership across ATS engineering activities in signaling projects. You will collaborate with customers, system architects, validation teams and stakeholders to ensure excellence and delivery of robust solutions.

Lead scalable design strategies for integrated control centers, ensure future-proof, reliable, and compliant deliverables, and drive innovation while mentoring the team to build technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rail systems design or project management.
• Experience with system integration and control center architectures.

The Project ICC Design Leader is responsible for the technical leadership of ATS engineering activities within signalling projects. The position requires strong knowledge of railway signalling systems, ATS architectures, SCADA solutions, and system integration practices.

You will collaborate closely with project teams, customers, system architects, validation teams, and external stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and successful project delivery.
