Job Purpose

This position is an entry-level role focused on learning the application of skills necessary for a successful career in engineering.

Success in this role requires the ability to learn and demonstrate basic skills needed for advancement within this career ladder.

Job Description

1. Identification of Flow Assurance scenarios, analysis specific to the company’s oil production systems.
2. Assists in the daily administration of projects.
3. Participates in the development of engineering, requisitioning, procurement, subcontracting, expediting, and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities, according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, budget, and contractual specifications.
4. Assists in reporting to Project Management and operational supervisors: follow-up of activities, critical deviations, and potential risks.
5. Enforces QHSES corporate policies within areas of responsibility.
6. Supports Group operating centers and partners working on the project for the assigned portion of work.
7. Assists in preparing documents required by contracts and authorities.
8. Provides information and data needed for activities within the disciplines of responsibility.
9. Participates in defining equipment lists.

You are meant for this job if:

• You hold a Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Chemistry or Petroleum.
• You have some professional experience in engineering or related fields.
• You demonstrate skills in project management.
• You have the ability to learn.
• You can work effectively in a team-oriented and diverse cultural environment.
• You have a good command of English.
• Having an affinity with simulation and analysis software such as OLGA, AlphaSim, PipeSim, etc., is desirable.
