We're looking for a dedicated accountant with RLM (Retail Lifecycle Management) and e-commerce experience to join our team on a specialized project.

What You'll Do

• Own the full accounting workflow for a high-volume retail and e-commerce business.
• Reconcile data across platforms, including RLM, e-commerce storefronts, and accounting software.
• Manage AP/AR, inventory accounting, and sales data consolidation.
• Support journal entries, month-end close processes, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy.
• Use tools like SaaSAnt for bulk data imports and transaction syncing (e.g., into QuickBooks)
  
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience with RLM (Retail Lifecycle Management) - required.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce accounting workflows, including multi-channel sales, inventory, and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience using SaaSAnt or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.

• Experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or other DTC sales channels.
• Prior work with fashion or apparel companies.
