Conducting gap analyses at project launch in collaboration with the System Application Architect (SAA).
Presenting and promoting Alstom solutions to customers and addressing technical queries during Q&A sessions.
Capturing and analyzing project technical requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Developing system designs and writing project system specifications and documentation.
Defining project baseline strategies and ensuring alignment with project and platform roadmaps.
Coordinating closely with verification, integration, testing, and validation teams.
Organizing design reviews and capturing return of experience to contribute to system evolution.

A graduate degree or diploma in Engineering (Electronics and Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Automation and Control) or a relevant field.
Experience in railway signalling, with a minimum of 5 years in system design applied to complex electronic systems.
Knowledge of system design principles, technical coordination, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Familiarity with capturing and analyzing technical requirements and writing technical specifications.
Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal); Spanish is desirable.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in diverse teams.
