We are looking for Project Analyst AND ("PCD " OR "Pessoa com Deficiência") @ Londrina (Face-to-face), who wants to learn and transform their career.

Responsibilities

• Profile alignment;
• Resume screening;
• Internal sourcing;
• Market mapping;
• Follow-up with managers, partners, and offshore teams;
• Conflict management and timeline alignment;
• Developing ideas and proposing improvements for the department;
• Candidate relationship management;
• Interview scheduling;
• Preparing reports and tracking indicators (KPIs);
• Supporting new hire onboarding;
• Introducing newhires to initial system access, benefits, etc.;
• Requesting laptops for new hires.

Skills Required

• experience in executing and managing administrative tasks
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills; scheduling interviews
• Assisting employees
• Preparing reports and spreadsheets
• Postgraduate degree;
Experience withhigh-volume hiring;
• Advanced Excel skills;
