The Caterpillar Young Apprentice Program offers the opportunity to start your career at a global leader in construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives. We provide a space for you to gain valuable development experience and ignite your professional journey.

WHAT ARE THE OPPORTUNITIES?

The apprentice will gain practical experience in various company areas, assisting in organizing, planning, and executing daily activities.

WHO CAN BE AN APPRENTICE AT CATERPILLAR?

• Age between 18 and 22 years
• Completed high school education
• Reside in Campo Largo, Curitiba, or Balsa Nova
• Have not previously been an administrative apprentice
• No prior professional experience required
