What You'll DoThe mission of the FoundationCCC's Workforce Development Department (WDD) is to help learners achieve better education, economic, and social outcomes by providing partners in education, workforce and economic development, and industry with outstanding technical assistance, research, administrative services, and financial resource development support.
The Fresh Success program brings federal dollars to California to help students and other low-income community members gain the skills and experience they need to become more employable. The Specialist is responsible for onboarding, monitoring, and supporting the ongoing success of Fresh Success providers.
- Support the success of Fresh Success providers (community colleges, adult education providers, and community-based organizations) through the onboarding training for new providers, ongoing technical assistance for assigned providers, and monitoring assigned providers for compliance with CalFresh and SNAP guidelines
- Maintain relationships with assigned County social services agencies, including analysis and submission of required data.
- Coordinate and maintain communications including email, web pages and program materials
- Review quarterly invoices from assigned Fresh Success providers, including reviewing costs for allowability and ensuring appropriate documentation.
- Provide support for peer-to-peer learning opportunities, quarterly webinars, and in-person convenings.
Attributes for Success- Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
- Minimum of three (3) + years of professional work experience with demonstrated success
- Familiarity with the grant administration, project management, program monitoring, community college system and workforce training is preferred

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:
$62,500.00 - $72,500.00
Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
