In your role as Finance Program Specialist - Service Execution within Accounting Services, you need to have a background in project/program management, familiarity with software/tool selection, implementation, and continuous process improvement techniques. An affinity for accounting/finance operations, process re-design skills, as well as a technical and commercial approach are essential.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Project Ownership: Lead and manage high-profile projects for the Head of Accounting Services, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaboration: Build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and global teams through respectful and agile communication.
• Decision-Making: Address operational issues, take ownership of decisions, and drive progress critically.
• Process Improvement: Support continuous efficiency improvements and contribute creative solutions to enhance operations.
• Global Coordination: Collaborate with Function Leads to optimize accounting tools and processes for daily operations.
• Standardization & Documentation: Lead process standardization, automation initiatives, and maintain up-to-date documentation for accounting processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong experience in project and transformation management.
• Proven success in process improvement projects.
• Solid understanding of process and project management tools and techniques.
• Deep knowledge of operational accounting processes.
• Project management qualification, advanced MS Office skills, fluency in English, and strong communication skills.
