Description

We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our Seller Experience (SX) Registration & Verification vertical. The Program Manager will define strategies to enhance current Registration experience for sellers in Latam, partner with product, operations and compliance teams to solve experience issues.

The Program Manager will also have a hands-on approach in driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction and raising the bar in processes for verification. This role has a strong business component, with ownership of metrics, maintaining a consistent relation with stakeholder teams, owning mechanisms for weekly trackings and callouts.

The success candidate is a strong leader, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to effectively drive business results and collaborate with local and global teams. They have experience in program management, and must excel at building trust and driving urgency across other the organization. They must work well cross-functionally and culturally and will often present to senior leadership reports on progress and improvements.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify Seller Experience pain points for seller registration verification

  • Partnering with product, operations and compliance teams to enhance experience for sellers and internal stakeholders

  • Own mechanisms of Voice of Seller tracking, and be the main bridge with Account Management teams

  • Own and track weekly metrics for callouts, reports and newsletters

A day in the life

In the role, the PM will be expected to intermediate between product and business teams, owning Registration and Verification metrics with an agenda of improvements to drive metrics enhancements.

They will also drive programmatic short term solutions to known and emerging issues, while working with stakeholder teams on long term plans for fixes and improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

  • SQL/ETL Knowledge
