Who we are

Keeta is the international subsidiary of Meituan, a global giant in the delivery sector, and we’re on a bold mission: to revolutionize food and consumer goods delivery around the world. Our motto is simple yet powerful: “We help people eat better, live better.”

With innovation and technology at our core, Keeta is expanding rapidly — with over 1,000 employees worldwide — and you can be part of this global journey.

About the position

We are looking for a hands-on Global Mobility & Immigration professional to join our People team in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of Brazilian visa and immigration processes, who is also eager to build scalable frameworks (SOPs, policies, vendor governance) in a 0→1 environment.

You will act as the main point of contact for immigration and relocation in Brazil, managing cases directly, while also partnering with global HR and leadership to shape Keeta’s global mobility strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of immigration compliance, employee experience, and global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee visa, work permit, and immigration processes in Brazil, ensuring compliance with local laws and timely execution.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors (immigration firms, relocation providers, tax & payroll advisors).
  • Define and implement policies and SOPs for immigration and relocation, supporting a scalable and compliant mobility framework.
  • Partner with global teams on expatriate allowances, C&B policies, and relocation packages.
  • Provide hands-on case support for employees and managers, especially during the first months of assignments.
  • Monitor changes in Brazilian immigration legislation, proactively updating stakeholders and policies.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll, Legal, HRBPs, and Global Mobility to ensure seamless operations.
  • Serve as a cultural and operational bridge with China HQ, where Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in immigration or global mobility, ideally in both corporate and vendor/consulting environments (Big Four, Fragomen, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in Brazilian immigration processes (visas, residence permits, work authorizations).
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Hands-on profile, comfortable creating and improving SOPs and policies in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced English (role requires daily interaction with global HR).
  • Mandarin is a strong advantage for communication with HQ.
  • Work model: On-site (5x a week).

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Chinese companies or other multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with expatriate assignment lifecycle (immigration, tax, relocation, payroll).
  • Knowledge of C&B frameworks related to mobility (expat allowances, housing, benefits).
