Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil seeks a Program Manager to drive large-scale programs from planning to completion. You will develop plans, schedules, budgets and manage resources across multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong PMO governance, budgeting, risk management, and excellent communication. You will lead with a focus on timely, within-scope delivery while maintaining high quality and business value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• PMP and PgPM certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of project management in a matrix environment.
• 2–4 years of team leadership experience.
• 5+ years in software or systems testing.
• Experience influencing teams without direct reporting.
• Experience with iterative SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of PMI-based project management concepts.
• Proven leadership in multi-company, cross-functional projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, risk, quality and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within scope.
• Establish governance, reporting and change control processes.
• Track metrics, status updates and lessons learned.
• Manage resource planning across multiple projects.
• Ensure vendor SOW compliance and deliverables.

We are looking for a Program Manager who wants to learn and transform his career.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Program Management Professional (PgPM) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience managing multiple medium/high complexity projects in a matrix resource environment, working with diverse project sponsors across multiple organizations.
• 2 to 4 years of experience leading teams.
• 5+ years of experience in software or systems testing.
• Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships.
• Experience managing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects using an iterative methodology preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies and experience applying these methods to manage successful projects.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-company, cross-functional teams and/or projects.
• Analytical skills are required to effectively manage activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control, and reporting.
• Proven ability and determination to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and experience, leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of management.
• Effective interpersonal skills required to develop and maintain system-wide and external relationships.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
