Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil seeks a Program Manager to lead large-scale programs from planning through execution. You will develop plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives across diverse sponsors.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in project management, 5+ years in software/testing, and relevant PMI-based methodologies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• PMP certification (preferred) and PgPM certification (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years in project management with multiple medium/high complexity projects in matrix environments.
• 2–4 years of experience leading teams.
• 5+ years of experience in software or systems testing.
• Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships.
• Experience managing SDLC projects using iterative methodologies preferred.
• Proven leadership in multi-company, cross-functional projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, risk management and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and influencing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale programs from planning through execution and completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources.
• Monitor program performance, resolve issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional and matrixed teams to achieve objectives.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables and business goals are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Develop contingency plans and provide leadership recommendations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and leaders.
• Drive alignment, prioritization and decision-making across initiatives.
• Oversee program financials, contracts and vendor performance.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within scope.
• Establish governance, reporting and change control processes.
• Track and communicate program metrics, status and lessons learned.
• Manage resource planning across multiple projects.
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet SOW requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Program Management Professional (PgPM) certification preferred.

• Proven ability and determination to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and experience, leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of management.
• Effective interpersonal skills required to develop and maintain system-wide and external relationships.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
