- Proven ability to innovate and optimize processes for measurable business impact
- Outstanding oral presentation skills with experience presenting to senior executives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or MBA in business or operations
- 5+ years of experience in driving process improvements
- Transportation and/or fleet management experience with a mid to large size fleet
- Experience in stakeholder management with multiple organizational levels
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Six Sigma/Lean techniques
