This position involves overseeing cross-departmental services, ensuring high-quality care for all Senior LIFE members.

About Senior LIFE and the Position

Senior LIFE is a Medicare and Medicaid funded program providing comprehensive healthcare services and support to seniors living in the community. The Program Director plays a vital role, working directly with the Executive Director to coordinate all cross-departmental services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interview, hire, and evaluate staff continuously to ensure they meet our high standards.
2. Manage staff schedules, PTO, overtime, and monitor efficiency to optimize our operations.
3. Supervise and support staff members to help them grow professionally and deliver excellent care.
4. Assist with new member enrollments, assessments, and care plan reviews to ensure seamless transitions.
5. Coordinate care planning, interdisciplinary meetings, and family conferences to prioritize our members' needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least five years of management experience, including two years in a managerial role within a geriatric care facility or program. A current RN license and a valid Pennsylvania driver's license are also required.
