Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, alteration or reconstruction on an item (including inspection) on aircraft and their assemblies [Ref: RBAC 43.3(b),RBAC 43.15(a)].

Carry out the services in accordance with the provisions of the aeronautical legislation in force, the MOM (Maintenance Organization Manual), the MCQ (Quality Control Manual) of Helibras and the data provided in the Manuals of the manufacturers of the aircraft, engines and components.

Use methods, techniques and practices established in the latest revision of the manufacturer's maintenance manual, or in the instructions for continued airworthiness prepared by the manufacturer or other methods, techniques and practices approved by Helibras. [RBAC 43.13 (a)] Ensure that the materials used in the execution of the services comply with the requirements of the legislation and the manufacturer's standards. [RBAC 43.13 (b)].

Perform an inspection or other maintenance specified in an airworthiness delimitation section of a manufacturer's maintenance manual, or other instructions for continued airworthiness, in accordance with that section. [RBAC 43.16] Comply with manufacturer's service bulletins and Airworthiness Directives (AD) issued by Aeronautical Authorities [Ref: IS 39-001, item 5-10).

Supervising a non-qualified person carrying out maintenance, preventive maintenance and alterations (not including inspections) in accordance with the prerogatives of their license and training [Ref: RBAC 43.3(d), RBAC 145.153] Providing support to JR to PL Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics and Mechanic's Helpers in their services, guiding them in accordance with the Work Orders (OS) and maintenance manual, so that they carry out their tasks accurately and assertively. Assisting in the training and development of staff with less experience in the area, providing technical, operational and practical instruction and/or guidance.

To provide technical support services for innovation activities, through the implementation and maintenance of facilities or equipment intended for the execution of research, development or technological innovation projects.

Act as Inspection Delegate, when designated to do so. Approve the return to service of aircraft, when holding Airframe and Powerplant Qualification [RBAC 43.7(b), RBAC 145.157(a)] Be proficient in the applicable civil aviation regulations and proficient in the use of the various inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment and tools appropriate to the work being performed and approved for return to service. [Ref: RBAC 145.157(b-2)].

Approve the return to service of aircraft, when holding Airframe and Powerplant Qualification [RBAC 43.7(b), RBAC 145.157(a)].

Approve the return to service of aircraft that have undergone major repair or major alteration [RBAC 43.7(i), RBAC 43 Appendix B] Record the services performed and/or supervised in accordance with current legislation, using the forms defined by the company through the MOM/MCQ.[RBAC 43.9 and 43.11] Record the execution and approval of the return to service of aircraft subjected to Major Repair and/or Major Alterations, using form F-400-04 (SEGVOO001). [Ref: RBAC 43, Appendix B] Record the execution and approval of the return to service of articles (components) after maintenance, preventive maintenance, reconditioning, modification or repair, using the Authorized Release Certificate, form F-100-01 (SEGVOO003).[Ref: IS 43.9-002].

Keep their workstation clean and organized, collecting all the waste produced during their work at the end of the day and disposing of it in a suitable place. - Clean, organize and store all the tools used in the execution of their activities, in order to maintain the organization of the work area and ensure that no tools are forgotten in the aircraft / aeronautical product.

Requirements:

Technical education in MMA

Solid experience in the job.

Solid experience with the Airbus Helicopters range.

CHT in AVI and CEL.

Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal, writing and reading).

Intermediate English (will be assessed at interview).

Responsabilidades:

  • Executar a manutenção, manutenção preventiva, alteração ou reconstrução em um artigo (incluindo inspeção) nas aeronaves e seus conjuntos [Ref.: RBAC 43.3(b), RBAC 43.15(a)].

  • Efetuar os serviços de acordo com o previsto na legislação aeronáutica em vigor, no MOM (Manual da Organização de Manutenção), MCQ (Manual do Controle da Qualidade) da Helibras e nos dados previstos nos Manuais dos fabricantes da aeronave, motores e componentes.

  • Utilizar métodos, técnicas e práticas estabelecidas na última revisão do manual de manutenção do fabricante, ou nas instruções para aeronavegabilidade continuada preparadas pelo fabricante ou outros métodos, técnicas e práticas aprovados pela Helibras. [RBAC 43.13 (a)] Certificar-se que os materiais utilizados na execução dos serviços estão em conformidade com os requisitos da legislação e padrões do fabricante. [RBAC 43.13 (b)].

  • Executar uma inspeção ou outra manutenção especificada em uma seção de limitação de aeronavegabilidade de um manual de manutenção do fabricante, ou outras instruções para aeronavegabilidade continuada, em conformidade com aquela seção. [RBAC 43.16] Cumprir os boletins de serviço do fabricante e Diretivas de Aeronavegabilidade (AD) emitidas pelas Autoridades Aeronáuticas [Ref.: IS 39- 001, item 5-10).

  • Supervisionar uma pessoa não habilitada executando manutenção, manutenção preventiva e alterações (não incluída inspeções) segundo as prerrogativas de sua licença e capacitação [Ref.: RBAC 43.3(d), RBAC 145.153] Prestar suporte aos Mecânicos de Manutenção Aeronáutica JR a PL, e Ajudantes de Mecânico em seus serviços, orientando-os, segundo as Ordens de Serviço (OS) e manual de manutenção, a fim de que executem suas tarefas com precisão e assertividade. Auxiliar na formação / treinamento e desenvolvimento do pessoal com menor experiência da área, transmitindo ensinamento e/ou orientação técnica, operacional e prática.

  • Atuar em serviços de apoio técnico à atividade de inovação, através da implantação e da manutenção de instalações ou equipamentos destinados à execução de projeto de pesquisa, desenvolvimento ou inovação tecnológica.

  • Atuar como Delegatário de Inspeção, quando designado para tal. Aprovar o retorno ao serviço de aeronaves, quando detentor de Habilitação em Célula e Grupo Motopropulsor [RBAC 43.7(b), RBAC 145.157(a)] Possuir domínio acerca da regulamentação da aviação civil aplicável e proficiente no uso dos vários métodos de inspeção, técnicas, práticas, auxílios, equipamentos e ferramentas apropriadas ao trabalho sendo executado e aprovado para retorno ao serviço. [Ref.: RBAC 145.157(b-2)].

  • Aprovar o retorno ao serviço de aeronaves, quando detentor de Habilitação em Célula e Grupo Motopropulsor [RBAC 43.7(b), RBAC 145.157(a)].

  • Aprovar o retorno ao serviço de aeronave que tenha sido submetida a grande reparo ou grande alteração [RBAC 43.7(i), RBAC 43 Apêndice B] Registrar os serviços executados e/ou supervisionados em conformidades com a legislação vigente, utilizando os formulários definidos pela empresa através do MOM/MCQ. [RBAC 43.9 e 43.11] Registrar a execução e aprovação de retorno ao serviço de aeronaves submetidas a Grandes Reparo e/ou Grandes Alterações, através do formulário F-400-04 (SEGVOO001). [Ref.: RBAC 43, Apêndice B] Registrar a execução e aprovação de retorno ao serviço de artigos (componentes) após manutenção, manutenção preventiva, recondicionamento, modificação ou reparo, através do Certificado de Liberação Autorizada, formulário F-100-01 (SEGVOO003). [Ref.: IS 43.9-002].

  • Manter limpo e organizado o seu posto de trabalho, recolhendo ao final da jornada todos os detritos produzidos na execução de suas atividades, depositandoos em local adequado. - Limpar, organizar e guardar todo o ferramental utilizado na execução de suas atividades, a fim de manter a organização da área de trabalho e garantir que nenhuma ferramenta ficou esquecida na aeronave / produto aeronáutico.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino técnico em MMA

  • Sólida experiência na função.

  • Sólida experiência com a Linha da Airbus Helicopters.

  • CHT em AVI e CEL.

  • Desejável CHT em GMP.

  • Proficiência em português (verbal, escrita e leitura).

  • Inglês intermediário (será avaliado na entrevista).
