• Act as the Qualified Person (QP) to prepare, review, and endorse engineering design documents, calculations, and COS for submission to authorities.
• Lead or review the design and analysis of complex engineering systems in compliance with Singapore local codes and standards.
• Provide supervision during construction; review temporary works, lifting plans, and construction sequences; offer corrective measures on-site.

Statutory Compliance & Approvals: Act as the Qualified Person (QP) to prepare, review, and endorse engineering design documents, calculations, and Certificates of Supervision (COS) for submission to relevant authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).

Technical Review & Guidance: Lead or review the design and analysis of complex engineering systems, ensuring strict compliance with Singapore local codes and standards.

Construction Supervision & Problem Solving: Provide engineering supervision services during the construction phase; review temporary works, lifting plans, and construction sequences; and offer corrective measures and professional advice for unexpected technical issues on-site.

Team Management & Coordination: Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical teams; coordinate closely with contractors, design consultants, and government officials to ensure all project phases meet technical and regulatory requirements.
