Responsibilities:

1. Perform all procedures for weekly activation setups.
2. Pick up materials from the marketing stock and return them after inspection during dismantling.
3. Deliver responsibility agreements to all clients using activation materials.
4. Collect materials after events.
5. Inspect materials and ensure they are in the same condition as provided. Report any damages or losses to the client at the time of collection, notify the responsible client service representative, and copy the Graphic Producer.
6. Basic electrical knowledge is required.
7. Execute and oversee the assembly and disassembly of activations at festivals.
8. Ensure proper storage of event activations.
9. Organize the flow of promoters as needed, including scheduling, payment spreadsheets, and invoice requests.
