Umicore Group in Brazil's Amazonas region seeks a capable General Production team member to execute and optimize tasks following SOPs and safety standards. You will maintain records and support continuous improvement while ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.

You will collaborate with colleagues, respond to stakeholder requests professionally, and coach peers on procedures and tools, coordinating priorities in daily operations. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Experience in general production following SOPs and safety/quality rules.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Willingness to support continuous improvement and coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Executes and optimize assigned tasks in General Production following standard operating procedures and safety/quality requirements.
• Maintains accuracy and completeness of records, documentation, and transactions in line with controls.
• Recognizes issues or inconsistencies and supports the continuous improvement of work procedures and instructions.
• Supports colleagues and responds to stakeholder requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintains accurate documentation in line with policies and procedures.
• Coaches or guides peers on procedures and tools, coordinating day‑to‑day priorities when required.
