What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• Manage the production line by controlling the intake and output of materials, workforce and resources
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate production results of the Further Processing Plant (FPP); coach and discipline team members
• Manage KPIs, analyze unmet targets, and optimize line performance and resource usage
• Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards
• Participate in decision-making for corrective actions and oversee reporting of process issues
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and documented
• Ensure that employees are trained to do their work and their trainings are documented

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Veterinary Science, Production Engineering or related areas
• Min. 1 year of experience in the food industry
• Expertise in food safety and food technology standards
• Good command of the English language (highly desirable)
• Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate
• Flexibility to work in shifts and alternate production hours (required)
