Qualificações

Job Description
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. Promote weekly quality discussions with BCs.
  • Participate in decision-making for corrective and preventive actions within the Production Department. Guide and ensure reporting of non-conformities.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate job results; coach and discipline employees.
  • Manage KPIs related to production lines. Participate in Process Productivity Meetings. Analyze indicators and define actions for those below targets. Ensure accurate documentation of line stops and bottleneck volumes.
  • Ensure proper use of raw materials and ingredients according to BOM, and control losses.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating personnel on control points, equipment, and resources. Perform 5S on the shop floor.
  • Implement and follow health and safety guidelines. Oversee PTW/JSA issuance, monitoring, and closure.
  • Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products.
  • Manage processes and material flows to maximize equipment utilization. Oversee material ordering.
Academic Background
  • Graduation in Food Engineering, Veterinary, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
