Job Description

• Guarantee compliance with the quality standards and procedures. Promote the weekly quality dialogue with BC’s.
• Participate in the decision making process for corrective and preventive actions within Production Department. Guide and ensure the reporting of non-conformities in the processes.
• Planning, monitoring, and evaluate job results; coaching and disciplining employees.
• Manage KPI’s related to his/her production line(s). Participate in the Process Productivity Meeting. Prepare analysis and define actions for indicators that didn't achieve the target. Ensure the correct description of the line stops and volume at the bottleneck.
• Ensure the correct usage of RM, Ingredients according to the BOM, and proper losses control.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources. Perform 5S in shop floor.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed within Production. Ensure the issuance, monitoring and closing of PTW/JSA.
• Monitor quality of raw materials and finished products.
• Manage processes and material flows, and work to maximize utilization of equipment. Monitor the material orderings.

Academic Background

• Graduation in Food Engineering, Veterinary, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering or related areas
