What kind of profile are we looking for?

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Veterinary, Production Engineering or related areas.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in food industry.
  • Good command of the English language is desirable and a differential.
  • Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel).
Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and facilitate quality discussions.
  • Participate in decision-making for corrective actions and oversee reporting of process issues.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate results; coach and discipline team members.
  • Manage KPIs, analyze unmet targets, and optimize line performance and resource usage.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and documented.
  • Ensure that employees are trained to do their work and their trainings are documented.
