About the Kings League

Main Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the audience attending the set.
2. Be the contact person for all suppliers of the set and venue involved in the production (schedules, changes in needs, equipment expansion, material requests).
3. Attend to production needs that may arise in other departments (search for new suppliers, printing, purchase of materials).
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
5. Manage access control of suppliers in the venue (personnel lists, accreditation requests).
6. Organize the material generated in the shooting and set (props, purchases, etc.).
7. Support the video team on outdoor shoots (request for permits, purchases, equipment rental).

Requirements

1. Good attitude and disposition towards the assigned tasks, with flexibility in the face of changes and new tasks that arise in an improvised way.
2. Passion for the audiovisual industry and eagerness to work on a variety of sports and entertainment programs and events in close collaboration with a diverse and talented cross-functional team.
3. Enthusiastic and proactive professional who builds collaborative relationships with teammates and is eager to learn and grow.
4. Ability to follow instructions and operating procedures.
5. Availability to work weekends, if necessary.
6. Basic communication and teamwork skills.
7. Previous experience in a production environment is desirable but not essential.
8. Proactive, decisive, autonomous, and organized, approaching projects with energy and passion while managing multiple projects under pressure.
9. Adaptability and quick learning.
10. Commitment and dedication to achieve the objectives of the team and the company.
11. Organizational and analytical skills to manage several projects simultaneously.
