Qualificações

• 1-2 years in food manufacturing/production environment.
• Basic GMP/HACCP understanding is an added advantage.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting and operating machinery.
• Able to follow work instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends or overtime when required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production equipment such as filler, presser and packing machines.
• Conduct in-process quality checks (texture, weight, appearance, temperature) and record results.
• Follow SOP at all times.
• Follow GMP, food safety and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
• Report any equipment/machine malfunction, safety hazards or quality issue to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area per sanitation standards.
• Follow daily production planning and complete production records timely with accurate data.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks from superiors.

Key Responsibilities & duties

• Operate production equipment such as filler, presser and packing machines.
• Conduct in process quality checks (texture, weight, appearance, temperature) and record the results accordingly.
• To follow the SOP at all time.
• Follow GMP, food safety and workplace safety guidelines at all time.
• Report any equipment/machine malfunction, safety hazards or quality issue to the supervisors immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area according to sanitation and cleaning standards.
• To follow daily production planning accordingly and complete all the production records timely and ensure correct data is recorded.
• To follow any adhoc task from the superiors.

Requirement / Qualification

• 1 to 2 years of experience in food manufacturing / production environment
• Basic understanding of GMP, food hygiene or HACCP is an added advantage.
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting and operating machinery.
• Ability to follow work instructions accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingly to work shifts, weekends or overtime when required.
• Good teamwork, responsibility and attention to detail.
