Introduction:

We are seeking an effective Product Support Manager to join our Stirred Mills & High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR) Product Line Teams within the Services Group. The role involves collaborating with our product management team to develop sales campaigns, manage opportunity funnels, prioritize tasks, and deploy new product information, training, and technology-specific value propositions.

This position reports to the Global Product Manager, High Intensity Grinding (HIG) & Stirred Media Detritors (SMD).

Preferred location is York, PA, with flexible working arrangements and up to 30% travel, sometimes with little notice.

What You’ll Do:

• Support sales and technical aspects of Stirred Mills & HPGR business
• Develop value selling arguments and win plans for related products
• Manage sales opportunities from development to closing
• Understand market, competition, and industry best practices
• Train market areas and operational teams on selling techniques
• Ensure compliance with sales processes, proposals, and risk management
• Support warranty processes, inspection reports, and solutions
• Escalate issues to Product Managers
• Innovate in selling strategies and business models
• Provide business forecasts for specific regions
• Create sales and go-to-market strategies for Field Services and repairs
• Contribute to training content and participate in training events
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience (>6 years)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Independent work style with attention to detail
• Motivated to support customer success
• Proven professional reliability and accomplishments
• Technical experience in related fields is advantageous
• Knowledge of Stirred Mills & HPGR equipment and services industry
• Familiarity with SAP and data management tools
• Understanding of financial principles including pricing and margins
• High computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, databases)
• Leadership skills and strategic mindset
• Strong product development capabilities
