JOBSUMMARY
OperativeislookingforaProductSupportAnalyst.Thisteamworkscloselywithmembersoftheimplementation,T1andT3support,accountmanagementandproductdevelopmentteamstoensuresuccessfulthepost-implementationuseofourenterpriseSaaSproducts.Thisteamhasstrongtechnicalandfunctionalknowledgeoftheproducts,troubleshootsanddeliversthesolutiontotheclientissues/requestsandrecommendsbestpractices.
MAINDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
- TrackissuesencounteredandrespondaccordingtoreasonableSLAs
- Triage,evaluateandrecommendshort-termandlong-termsolutionstocustomerissuesthathavebeenidentifiedasproductdevelopmentdefects.
- Recommendtoproductdevelopmentteamsareasofimprovementinperformanceandfeaturecapabilitiesthatwillimproveourcustomers''ssuccessfuluseofourproducts.
- Add/Updatethesupportdocumentationandassistwiththetrainingmaterial
- ContributingtodevelopingandenhancingtheSupportmonitoringandautomationscripts/tools.
- Deliverinnovativesolutionstocomplicatedbusinessproblems.
- TechnicalcontributortosoftwareprojectsrelatedtoSupport(likeAutomationetc)..
- Understandandkeepuptodateonthelatestproductfunctionality,itsdependencies,theunderlyingtechnologystackandtheiroperationalimpact
